Five star Novin Plus Hotel

In 2012, a significant step was taken to improve the performance and quality of the elevators in the Central Judiciary Building. As part of this project, two high-capacity elevators with a speed of 2.5 meters per second replaced two old OTIS elevators. These new elevators were designed and installed with 23 stops, bringing a major transformation to the movement of employees and visitors.

Following the success of this project, the development of advanced elevators continued. One of the most notable projects was equipping the Almas 2 Hotel in Mashhad with high-rise elevators. In this hotel, elevators with 27 stops were installed, providing access to the rooftop of Mashhad. This advancement not only enhanced the comfort of hotel guests and residents but also elevated safety and efficiency standards in Iran’s elevator industry.

These achievements highlight the growth and development of modern elevator technology and its adaptation to the needs of high-rise buildings. The increased speed, safety, and efficiency of these systems have played a crucial role in improving building services and have paved the way for larger projects in the future.
